Priscilla Shirer does a great job of helping us explore the whole Bible as we each learn to abide in Jesus and experience His Peace. Elijah was abiding so well with God that he was able to face off at Mount Carmel against pagan priests. But then Elijah became discouraged and scared just like the rest of us. It can be very comforting to know that even strong believers can have times that test their faith.
